Patch Notes 13.4

This week comes a patch with 28 balance tweaks… Adjusted all support gold gain items and reduced clear speed a bit, as well as lowered Maokai's power. Thresh has been hooked to a new skill level order and Veigar is getting more range on his skills.

Apart from this, the functions of muting others and yourself in party chat are going to be introduced, as well as increasing the amount of LP that you get for victory. But be very careful… The amount you lose has also increased. More information here.
