Free Loadout Runs allow you to descend to the surface with a full set of predefined loadouts that one of the three factions kindly grants you. You are not restricted in any way once on the surface and can do what you normally do there. If you manage to evacuate successfully, you get to keep all that equipment along with anything you found during your journey. Discover more information here.
